 CRITERIA FOR APPLYING FOR THE ATHLETIC SCHOLARSHIP:

1. YOU OR A FAMILY MEMBER MUST BE A MEMBER OF THE PERRY HALL HIGH SCHOOL ATHLETIC BOOSTERS CLUB.
2. YOU MUST HAVE PARTICIPATED IN A VARSITY SPORT FOR 2 YEARS.
3. YOU MUST GET 2 VARSITY COACHING STAFF RECOMMENDATIONS, ONE OF WHICH MUST BE A HEAD COACH. (THE COACHES REVIEW FORMS MUST BE GIVEN TO THE COACHES BY MAR. 17 )
4. BE SURE YOUR NAME IS ON THE COACHES REVIEW FORM
